1. Open an image in Photoshop. Width 600 and Height 340.
2. Go to: Image > Adjustments > HDR Toning

5. Open Gradient Tool and choose Reflected Gradient.
6. Draw in a straight line in the area that you’d like to see in focus.
7. Press Edit in Quick Mask Mode once again.
The red color will disappear and a selection will appear instead.
8. Go to: Filter > Blur > Lens Blur
